These are August 21 so I imagine they will be eaten long before then in this household. But if you're ordering later in the year it may be worth querying the date you will get.

most unfortunately after having this product on my breakfast for years the company have decided to change the texture.Originally fine milled it is now coarser with lots of ‘ little bits ‘ which just get stuck in ones teeth !!!Sadly I’ll not be purchasing this anymore.

Yes, this is what we need to feel well and happy with ourselves.I put some on with my morning breakfast-hot or cold and the result after a few weeksis that I'd lost some weight that I needed to loose.It must be because of this Linwoods brand because I've tried everything else to looseweight.I've been checked over at my GPs and was told whatever I was doing to keep it up.

I have been using this product for years. Best added to other foods and smoothies. Reading some bad reviews on the taste?....it is meant to be an additive. It sounds like they are trying to use it as a 'stand alone' meal. Great in soups and smoothies or added to your cereal of choice.

The ingredients listed alone say a great deal about this product... Bought sight untested for a friend in the UK as a nutritional supplement, I am trusting the manufacturer's description for quality... There has been no adverse feedback from my friend plus the product has been milled making it perfect for hot or cold cereals... Taste great and excellent value for a super food...

I tried the Cocoa Strawberry Blueberry version first and it took me ages to get through it. I use it on my cereal but didnt like the flavour. Glad I gave this one a go as I much prefer it and will buy more of this one.It's worth trying different versions as there may be one that you prefer, but I would definitely recommend starting out with this one if you've never tried Linwoods before; it's nutty and crunchy and works well with cereal.

Amazing I eat it every day, it has selenium which is great for the hair, omega for skin and healthy vitamins in general. The taste is amazing for something that is super healthy for one's body. Definitely worth buying and trying it once then you might get hooked. I empty one a week.
