Really good product! Works so good and it’s easy to use and clean. The adjustable heat level is perfect and the device is not too loud when it’s running. I’m so excited to be able to use these at home and not have to pay to see my PT for a session of cupping.

In one sense, I love this device. It applies a low intensity, long duration stretch to your muscles, facia etc, that you aren't going to get in any other manner. But I'm giving it 1 star because it worked great for about a month. It leaves, bruises, small blisters, etc, but that's something I grew to expect. They go away. It's just what happens when you apply negative pressure to human skin. But it has also left permanent scars on my back, that haven't gone away after 2 months. It makes me wonder what kind of damage it has caused. I honestly think this thing is theraputic, but be extremely cautious and ramp up the heat and suction slowly.

My husband has a hand condition and needs vacuum massage regularly. This device works perfectly for him. Strong suction, good heat, and it really reduces his pain and tension. Very happy with the purchase!

As an LMT, who is experienced with suction cupping, BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PRODUCT. First, the timing is set at 20 mins, and you cannot adjust it. 3-5 mins max is generally all you need for results. 20 mins can be excessive and may cause tissue damage. Dark hicky-like circles are normal with any cupping and the marks last for about 5-7 days, again, normal. But the blistering and scarring I have seen in the reviews is not normal. The suction on the lowest setting is very strong and I didn’t even try the heat because I didn’t want to burn myself. It can be a useful product if you have knowledge and experience in cupping, but if you don’t, I can see how this may cause blisters, and damage to the tissue. With that said, it did what it needed to do, but I’ll just stick with my tried and true suction cups. Just be knowledgeable and do your research before you throw this product on your body.

The item is true to its advertising .easy to use snd clean with removable cup (only one size unfortunately) and rubber gasket to keep debri from air holes.I was especially impressed with with running time on a full charge.Didnt time it, but i assure you it is longer than most devices

So far I'm loving this little device, very convenient little massage tool for my arm that suffered an injury almost 4 years ago and I still have constant pain, this helps alot with the pain after a busy day. The temp heat and suction/cupping really helps get into those smaller muscles to help you save your fingers. Highly recommend

Great product that fits in my bag that I carry from client to client. I’ve gotten rave reviews and the more comfortable I get with this device the more efficient it is at relieving pain.

Inicie la devolución del producto debido a que llegó defectuoso. Me mandaron etiqueta para regresar paquete. Fui a DHL y me dijeron que debía pagar! Lo que me cobran es casi la mitad del producto. Obviamente no es justo pagarlo debido a que el producto llegó en mal estado. Así que díganme que hacer. Gracias
