Does as Described
This is a very simple device that does exactly what it advertises to do. I needed this for a Bluetooth speaker that I was going to be using. When I take my family to the drive-in. It works exactly as it's designed. Has the simple audio output Jack that'll plug into most jacks on nearly every Bluetooth speaker. It's cheap. The battery lasts a long time. I'm happy with the purchase.

Perfect for my needs
When we travel sometimes I can't sleep and I like to listen to the radio with headphones so I don't disturb others who are sleeping. This is great. It has a sleep timer, both AM and FM and it is rechargeable so even if I forget to charge it, I can use it with a portable charger. I love it and would get another if anyone in my family wanted one! I certainly would buy it again if I ever need to! It is compact and easy to use as well.

Full of Promise but Not Good Enough
What I LIKE: the interface is about as close to the original iPOD as you can get in a radio. It's perfect for touch-only operation, such as during the night. Surely nobody has a patent on the wheel?? This is the perfect design for radio controls. Alas, there are too many flaws to make this product usable. With reluctance, I sent it back, taking advantage of Amazon's generous return policy.CONS: When you Auto-scan for stations, the radio finds strong signals and auto-stores them to up to 30 memory locations. That's more than enough. Unfortunately, it doesn't start at the beginning. It misses the first two strong stations and one weaker one, and starts with #4. The rest of the spectrum is scanned appropriately. Since there is no way to manually store stations and the auto-scan doesn't work correctly, this is a deal-breaker. The "best" stations on FM are usally low on the dial, such as NPR, college, and nonprofit stations. This radio skips them all and starts at 90.7. I ran the scan repeatedly to no avail.Secondly, the antenna is not terrific. The earbuds wire serves as the FM antenna, but it's not strong. Stations often cut out and weaker stations are missed altogether. It's not the wire's fault. I changed earbuds to other sets and got the same results. The problem is in the antenna circuitry: it's inadequate.Third, The sound quality is only so-so, not terrible, but not remarkable either. Again, it's not the fault of the earbuds, since I swapped them out to test. Finally, the FM spectrum on this radio starts around 60 MHz. I don't think there is a station in America that broadcasts below 88MHz, so there's nothing down there. This matters because every time you reach the top of the dial (around 109 MHz), the radio cycles back to 60MHz and there's a long wait while it tediously cycles by tenths through all the frequencies to get back up to 88.1MHz. That's an incomprehensible design that makes for an ongoing annoyance. The radio itself is adorably cute and the wheel interface is to die for. Alas, the thing just doesn't work right, a real tragedy. I recommend instead the comparable Retekess radio:www.amazon.com/dp/B019BYBR48?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

surprised more stations than thought
got this to save battery life on my phone as well as data since radio station apps use a lot of data it seems. for something this cheap I was not expecting much. It is not tiny but that is okay with me as readability is helpful...function is simple and easy to figure out. I have not used the headphones since I have better ones so I can not review those. Oddly, many more stations came in on it than my desktop radios. This is important as we live in a rural area and most items struggle to get stations and those that do sound rough. When I travel I like to save the phone charge and data if I am just doing radio stations. This seems to work for that. It weighs hardly anything. It has a big display so if that is helpful for you then....yah....it also lights up so reading this is easy enough I dont need to find my reading glasses. Have not tested how long it goes on a single charge yet. Only plus would be a micro sd slot.....but the price would be more I would expect.
