The intricacy in their harmonies make this group stand out. Without a lot of backup singers and loud orchestration you can really sense the emotion in each song. But...when there are gospel singers or a loud drum it is solely to enhance their sound, and it does. You do not have to be a fan of musical theatre to appreciate and enjoy this album. Collabro doesn't disappoint in their renditions of favorites such as For Good (Wicked) and Journey to the Past (Anastasia). For me, their version of Send In The Clowns is the best I've ever heard and that includes the original by Judy Collins. Their smooth harmonies bring a whole new richness to that song. For me, the best is saved for last. Lighthouse is their first original song and is a love song to their fans.
