I didn’t realize how slow my tank was filtering until after I did this treatment. I’ve had the tank about 2.5 years and this is the first time I descaled. I’ll probably start using this yearly. The price is good for what you get. The filter caps are reusable and you get 6 packets of descaling powder who can equates to 3 separate treatments. Instructions are easy to follow also.

I like this product as it comes with refills to clean the next month or whenever you need to clear your AquaTru

The description said it was supposed to come with 6 descaling packets but there was only 1 in the package. The instructions say you need 2 packets to do the descaling so I can't do anything with this.

I had to use these after only 4 months due to the really hard water here, they worked like a miracle!

No observed particles nor change in taste. But pieces fit just right.

The package ONLY contains 1 pack of descaling powder, not the 6 packs as shown and advertised. This is clearly a rip-off and it should be brought to attention. The packaging seems original AquaTru though. On their company website they advertise the same kit including the 6 packs, also same image shown. Same price. Truly unhappy I purchased it here on Amazon and paid way more in the end.
