I am impressed with how well this refurb works! I did contact customer service trying to figure out things like wifi, audio and bluetooth to no avail but I figured it out. I replaced my monitor plug with an adapter that will work with the computer, a bluetooth dongle was needed too but I only had to spend another $45 on extras to get it working the way I need it to. It's fast, compact and it was up and running very quickly.The computer is fast, zero issues in the 6 weeks I've had it. I'd not hesitate to get another one.

I have ordered at least 6-7 computers over the last year and every computer is exactly as described. Great customer service and even offered free upgraded towers which have been great as well

I bought this Dell Optiplex 3050 SFF Desktop Computer to use as a living room PC. I mainly use it to watch movies and sports, which works great. The video card could be better, but it's good enough for my needs.The computer is speedy and responsive. I can open multiple applications and stream video simultaneously without any lag. The SSD also makes a big difference in boot times and loading applications.The computer is also very quiet. I can only hear it when I have to restart it because of the Windows updates.Overall, I am pleased with this computer. This was probably my worst computer purchase. After receiving it, I learned that the Windows version could not be updated due to the hardware, and then the computer stopped working all of a sudden. It tries to load but gets stuck in the blue screen. I run the bios for diagnostics and finds nothing. I don't have an initialization disk so I am out of luck. I think the seller did a bad job refurbishing it.

After getting it on the 26th, it has been nothing but pure astonishment and amazement, it can run the games I play on decent graphics level, its smooth, and it runs perfectly. While usually I tend to overclock my CPU 24/7 for more gaming habits, it's one of the best PCs I have ever bought so far. But when I also ordered a 3050, they ended up giving me a 5050 which I'm thankful for, but I can't recommend this PC enough for light games such as Roblox, Garry's Mod, Team Fortress 2, and even some old Call of Duty games.

Bro, just buy it. If you want to fit a graphis card in this case good luck bro, runs fortnite by itself with just turning it on and installing fortnite you get steady 30fps 15fps lows and 60fps highs it's stout.
