Had read about the benefits of taking Turmeric tablets for joint pain, so thought Id give it a go. I tried different brands before finding these. The first the tablet I found too big to swallow and gave stomach upset. I then tried turmeric gummies, they didnt really give any benefit.I then found this brand, and after reading all the information decided to purchase. So glad I did. They have really worked. The joint pains have eased off. The first thing I noted was it stated “high strength turmeric” Some other brands do not contain this amount. The bottle is small so easy to store, and contains 3 months supply. The tablet size is very small, so easy to swallow, with no after taste or upset to stomach. You do have to give them at least 2 weeks, to feel any benefit, but when they start working, I really have found they help
