Scanner works perfectly and support team was awesome. ### ⭐ Disappointed and a bit perturbed *by E***Y on June 10, 2023* Bought this to do a forced regen on our Dodge Ram HD2500. It didn't work, it would not clear the code. In order to do a regen you must clear the codes first. After messing with it for several hours and contacting Ancel, we gave up and returned the product. Update: return this product the following day, as it did not preform as expected. The item was received on the 14th yet here it is the 20th and the money has not yet been refunded. Will update after a few more days.
