Works great! No blue led/ring as pictured though.
It works great!Some of the pics at the top of the page & under the Product Description heading show a blue ring and/or light around the reset button. This is not correct. Other pics without the blue circle are a better representation of what you get. I still gave 5 stars because I don't care about the lack of a charging LED indicator (you can tap the Alta HR or check the app to see charging status), but if that is a feature consumers are looking for, they should know it isn't here.

Product does not last!
Product lasted less than 4 months.... just stopped working for no reason. Just changed my review to 5 starts. Contacted company and they immediately refunded my money.... so it is so nice to know that they stand behind their products. Will definitely use them again.

Works great until it doesn’t work anymore. Only lasted six months. At $6 it’s not a big loss…

Not worth it
Broke after a few uses, am in Italy and the USB portion has separated from the cord.....now I have no way to charge my Fitbit!

Reset button works!
My Fitbit had totally stopped working, even when I tried to charge (had no reset button but had worked for months prior). I was skeptical that this charger would work to reset the Fitbit, but I received it yesterday and it worked like a charm. I would highly recommend.

Stopped working at 6 months
Lost the original FitBit charger that came w my watch so bought this one as it was the most affordable. Stopped working right at 6 months. I’m going to buy a higher priced charger in hopes that will last longer.

Only for Alta HR! This is the only one I've found!
Alta HR only. I have an Alta and a Charge HR and they're all different. Now I have one for work and for home. Tons of Alta chargers out there. . look the same on the outside, but the pin configuration is 90 degrees to one side and totally different.Used for a week now. Excellent! Charge it off of the (relatively low power) USB port on my keyboard at work, and it works fine. Didn't need a separate power adapter. . any computer USB will do.
