The product is so nice. easy to use.but the strength is less as it is plastic. handle it gently while inserting the bottle.

Handle and mop not aligned straight!!
The handle is twisted the wrong way, it does NOT align up straight. How can one use the mop if it is positioned diagonally, instead of being straight?!?This product is NOT RETURNABLE. I didn't check that before buying and I'm regretting it now!
