Stiffer than a board
Absolutely the worst quality ever , black paint already shipping, Leaks from both ends ,And become extremely stiff when holding and transmitting water .I demand a refund.

ネジサイズに当たりハズレがある様です
ネジがG1/2との事で殆どのメーカーに対応するとなっていますが、ネジ径が約1mmほど小さくて取付け出来ませんでした。他の方のレビューのとおり、1〜2割の人には適合しない様です。今着いているネジの寸法を測って注文するのは危険過ぎます。かと言って自宅のシャワーの規格なんて分からないし・・。サイズ違いでは返品出来ないのもトラブルが多いと言う事なんですね。ご注意を。

Beware in Canada
Hose was defective, leaked from inside. I requested a replacement, had to contact them more than once, and was lold to return the item. No replacement offered. Return cost was $22.00, at my expense. Suggest you buy this kind of item from a Canadian retailer, so if there is a problem you can return it to a store free of charge.

Tentative positive review-updated
I bought this to replace the hose that came with my very expensive shower head. The shower head died and I bought a different one that came with a plastic hose. I didn’t want to use that because it looked crappy so I kept the old one. Fast forward 18 months and the other hose died in a blaze of splendid glory and spreader all over my entire bathroom ruining a very coveted roll of toilet paper.I ordered this because it was hard to get out and look for anything (COVID and all)When it arrived it looked similar to what I had but was much lighter and didn’t seem as good quality.Because I didn’t really have many options at this point I installed it and hoped for the best.It installed very easy, and has no leaks. It’s only been in maybe 2 months, but so far it’s doing the job. I’m not sure how long it will last, but it doesn’t get abuse with only 2 adults in the house.So far so good. My durability rating isn’t really tested yet, but will update if something goes horrible wrong.Updated June 21 2022. Still no issues. Working as it should, no leaks or anything sketchy. I would buy this product again. Will probably replace the leaking one in the basement with it

Paint chipping after a few months of use
I ordered this shower hose in January but only installed it in May when our master bathroom was completed. After less than 3 months of use, the paint is chipping off and it is getting worse with each use. This hose is used for a handheld shower and is not used each day like the fixed shower head. I am disappointed with this purchase.

TOTOには合わなかった
使い始めて10年がたち、ホースにカビが生えてきて買い換えることにしました。ついでに今人気のシャワーヘッドに交換しました。付属のアタッチメントでは合わずに、ホームセンターに両方のホースを持ち込みアタッチメントを購入しました。ピッタリ接続できました。夏に向けてのシャワーライフを楽しみます。アダプターは、SANEI PT25-2
