Simple and great value
This is excellent value for money. It seems well made, especially for the price. The fittings are standard so installation is straight forward; took me about 10 mins to get fully up & running. It would help if the holes underneath were labelled for Hot & Cold but luckily I got it first time - 50/50 chance!Build quality is good - no immediate flaking of the chrome and the twisting mechanism looks like it will hold up fine. If you're fitting on a stainless steel sink then you may want to fit something to line it as the height of this tap means you get some leverage while twisting and the sink unit is prone to bend/wobble. The supplied washers etc are fine, though the connecting threaded pipes are thin and definitely low budget; but I have had no issues with them as yet.The screw on connecting base is sturdy and much easier to fit and remove than the 2-screw system on older taps.Would happily recommend the tap to anyone looking to buy.

This tap has very poor metal connectors
Whilst the tap looks ok, the fittings were the worst. The threaded nut thing that holds the tap on to the sink will not tighten as the rubbish nut is too flimsy and will not tighten at any cost it just jumps the thread..the tap hose connectors are made of similar rubbish alloys and just strip when tightened..I would have to buy a new brass nut for holding the tap on plus new hoses to make this safe which would probably cost as much as the tap..I cannot tell how good the tap itself is as I am returning the item due to the poor quality

Good quality product. Easy to fit.
The instructions for fitting are good and it was straightforward enough to fit even though I have never changed a tap before. The quality of the product seems good.

Easy to fit
Well for the low price I fitted it in less than ten minutes looks & feels sturdy no leeks as yet, bought a groher for 4 times as much but needed a plumber so I sent it back & got this so far so good.
