It is written in product specification that an 110V - 220V transformer is included in the product and will be delivered in a separate box, said by one of the buyer. However, I have not got any transformer. It's really inconvenient.

China. Everything is in Chinese. Even charging adaptor is Chinese so you need big step-up transformer using in the state. I guess they are trying to teach Chinese. It will not be charging without a step-up transformer. But it is pretty nice e-bike. I am not Chinese but I was able to assemble and ride without any issue. The seller could send some translation but....One big issue is the display is in Chinese(km/h, Bluetooth, system info, everything). I googled them to find English translation but could not. I found other language translation. But it is simple. A power button is on the bottom of the display. Press it 2~3 sec, you see it is on. Only when you start riding the bike, you can change motor power pressing up/down button on the display and you can feel the difference. When you are done, press power button 2~3 sec. and press up button.There is an APP for this bike named Mijia Qicycle you can see calories and distance. If you using an android phone, you could update the firmware to change speed limit (20km/h to 25km/h). I am commuting 10 miles(one way) with a single charge. It seems 20 mile is the maximum.Last Thing, The saddle is not comfortable and the grips are rotating which I was aware before buying. Prepare to buy a nice saddle and lock grip. I bought "Ergon GP2-L Rohloff/Nexus Handlebar Grips w Bar Ends" and saddle from target. Also, you could buy mud guard and kick stand for this bike. I bought them from aliexpress which took 40 days to delivered.

Cons:-Language: Though I can read Chinese, the seller should prepare an English UI firmware and manual before carrying it to International market.-Comfort: No suspension. Handles are little bit low for me (5’10). This thing is actually more sport-oriented.-Motor generates louder noise than my expectation.-Service might be a problem, though mine works fine till now. Pros:-LOTS OF PROS. For this price, I cannot find any other folding bike that equipped more technology than this thing: Color-display controller/BT connected/Li-ion battery hidden in frame/Aluminum-alloy structure/All-wheel-drive/Hub gear/Head & tail light. Most things I loved is on it, and it also looks cool.-The torque sensing pedal assist is cool. Try it and you will love it. Comparing to those push-button (or rotating handle) e-bike, this one rides more like a bike.-Though it does not have a fancy disc brake, the roller brake is effective. It looks small but can easily lock the wheel.-Motor is powerful enough. It can sometimes slip the front wheel.-For its price, the build quality is just amazing. At least for the finish of every small parts.

The same problem my motor sometimes work. Sometimes not working Bicycle maintenance is very good. However, some aspects of the system is still the first issueLoved this bike to death for a few months, then out of nowhere the motor stopped functioning in the middle of one of my rides. The bike is effectively motorless now, which is super frustrating considering I've kept it in good condition.

It comes with a Chinese version introduction paper without even a single English word. If you don’t know Chinese, you will totally not know how to use it. And a worse thing is when I try to charge it, I plug the power, it doesn’t charge at all. Finally, we found it comes with a 220V charger. Can’t understand why it is on the US market.

As a daily user, 17miles that I need to ride. Without e power assisting the biking, I cannot ride everyday for 17 miles. Very nice commute and saving a lot of time and budget in NYC.

Nice ebike and look solid and premium, kind of small if you are + 6'6".The price is quite reasonable ($800).It's an assist ebike; the bike engine help you do the job you don't get tired.My job is 2.8 miles away and I get there in 16 MNS without dropping a sweat.The front and tail lights are convenient, the ringer is loud, the arm holder is a solidly made the chain is premium and it's just 32lbs.When folded you can take the bus easily without the driver giving you a cold shoulder.It's the best choice for the summer.The tire type makes it perfect for the winter too.Try it and let me know.

It is fine for my purpose. The only thing is everything is in Chinese. It would be very helpful to have an instruction in English.
