So far so good on these. I decided to upgrade the Avid BB5 mechanical disc brakes that came on my Specialized Rockhopper (2009ish). I've been taking a lot of steep, technical trails with big roots, rocks, burms and drops lately. Downright scary with the close to zero stopping power of the BB5, even after brand new pads.These brakes are a huge upgrade on the ride. So much more confident that I've got the braking power when needed. Installation was straightforward. The only issues were one of the rotor bolts was cracked (poor manufacturing) and for my old 18" 26er, the rear cable is a few inches long. I'll probably shorten that in the future.So far 8 or so rides - no fade, no leaks and great performance. Well worth it.

Great budget piston brakes on my dirt bike. Will definitely have to comeback after a year and write a review of a review.

The brakes on my mtn bike needed constant bleeding to work at all so I started shopping for replacements and found these. I wanted 4 piston brakes for decent stopping power and these are doing great so far

You cannot possibly get better braking on your bike. Unreal power. Just dont lock your front and kiss the pavement....

Brakes and levers works well. Had to replace the pads and rotors with resin set, in order to erase grinding metal sound. Even so, they still had good stopping power. Easy set up and no leaks. With replacements they are great!

Strongly recommaned for whom needs brake power. My MTB is quite heavyweight so I just riding in city road and it stops pretty okay power from both cable operation disc brakes. My pads are due to change but I found this brake system that cost under 100 bucks. Replaced them and test rode which stops at 10-15mph, front brake power only already exceeded the stopping power than old brake. Applied both F&R brake, I almost flipping my bike forwards, rear wheels were off from the ground for a sec. I should be careful to use it that not to squeeze hard at once. Pads itself also has wider contact surface that improve the brake power.
