Upfront disclosure: I received this for free from the Amazon Vine program.I needed a mount for a hammock chair I got for my wife and this seemed ideal. I got it, installed it easily and really didn't have too much trouble. The package included both concrete and wood anchors but no instructions. Additionally there was not a template for the bracket so I had to make one (I used the masking tape trick to make an adhesive template). Honestly I can't complain. For the price it is listed at, I would typically expect some instructions included but that is a small issue for such a simple item. Additionally I did note that the ring holding the pin in place is a fairly cheap keyring but I will likely replace that with a Carter pin at some point.If you want a strong swing mount, this is an excellent one overall.

It looks and feels solid on hand, the material is stainless(tested by magnets) . Now, the question is how long can it hold

Hold up very well and I highly recommend.

I used this for my resistance setup in my home gym. I mounted two of these into the concrete floor. The work perfectly. Easy swivel action with no issues at all. I have been able to load 500lbs so far and no issues on the joints.
