I used this for my Graco Duo Glide bassinets and it was better than having to change the pad every time there was a leak, but these are definitely not moisture resistant. If it's small leak, most likely it was confined to just the outfit and this sheet, but for any medium to large leaks, this sheet wasn't enough to prevent the pad from getting wet and having to wash that as well. For your sanity, these are worth it instead of paying double for a water-resistant (ok, pee-resistant) set especially when most infants only use their bassinets for a few months of their lives. Just know you're playing pee-roulette and you never know which leak will mean everything gets washed and which you'll be glad you got these.
