This was really simple to install and set the app up on the phone to start controlling it, Alexa was easily able to connect and haven’t had any issues yet

Although installation is easy, with the standard size back box plus about half an inch from the box to the wall it wouldn't sit flush with all the cables and wagos behind. I had to put all of those inside the false wall.If you do go for this just be mindful that you may need a deep back box for it to sit in.Also these do tend to drop out from the alexa and from the app. Only way around this I've found I'd to turn the circuit off at the fuseboard.

This was a nightmare to pair to the app and our alexa but it does the job once its paired.We've had issues with it unpairing and having to go through the annoying pairing steps again though.All in all though fairly happy with this and it does the job, would recommend if you want an easy to install switch.

It looks nice with a sleek and smooth finish.Be aware that the switch takes up a lot of real estate inside the wall box so space is limited if you have any extra connections in there.Unfortunately the switch itself is extremely temperamental and continually loses its wifi connection despite only being about 25 feet from the router with a clear line of sight. Deleting it from the app and re-pairing is the only cure, but pairing is also not a straightforward process as it refuses to link with the app and the ambiguous instructions don't even give a single definitive way of accessing the pairing mode.The app is very power hungry when being used.I won't be keeping this switch.

It’s a shame it doesn’t work with Apple Home

I bought this and connected. The instructions are OK but very very small print, so had to check online. Connected and set up with the app and Google home. For some reason it was showing 3 switches on the app when only one installed. One switch controlled the back light and the other 2 controlled the light. It worked well for half an hour while I was testing, then ceiling lights just started to flash on and off and the switch kept making a beeping noise. Turned off power at the mains waited and turned back on. The lights immediately flashed on and off and the switch made the bleep sound. I may have faulty product, but just read another review with same problem. Sent back for refund and looking for a better product.

After constant reconfiguring Wi-Fi (as per the trouble shoot) and resetting the devices these products are rendered useless by the app. Do not buy if you are looking for home automation. But they will work as stand alone switches….if the blinking connection light doesn’t drive you up the wall.

Very easy to install and set up not had any issues with it so far , set up 4 schedule and all work great
