Great Computer- Where's the warranty from Techno Intelligence??
This computer is incredibly fast and has every desirable connection. For some reason, Dell still builds computers with optical drives. Nice, unexpected touch. Maybe I will actually use it. Only problem that I have been confronted with is the lack of any written confirmation from Techno Intelligence (TI) about the two year warranty that is supposed to part of the the price of this computer. I have received an offer from Dell to extend the warranty; but, nothing from TI. Hello, TI, where is my paperwork. Amazon, can you help?
