XX-heavy is hard to find!
I am a trainer and have gone through 5 plus sets of these equivalent in the past as the X Heavy black band does not provide enough resistance.I am pleased to find this set with an XX Heavy orange band even stronger at the top. Clients enjoying the extra challenge.Highly recommend.Cheapest option, AND best quality, AND one of the only to provide this resistance!

I bought these after a recommendation in a pre-diabetes course to get easy exercise and flexibity at short notice and these are indeed very useful. There are five resistance bands here packaged in a little wallet with a small instructions leaflet. Nicely priced and easy to use. Recommended for exercise and increased flexibility just when you fell like doing it.
