Apple iPhone 13, 128GB, Midnight - Unlocked (Renewed)

If I could give this item more than 5 stars I would! Without any hesitation. I got this phone and couldn’t be more pleased with it. My old phone ended up taking an unplanned dip in the pool and the screen started malfunctioning. I ended up having to get a whole new phone last minute and on an emergency basis. For one. I ordered it and it came within 3 hours. YES WITHIN THREE HOURS! I was amazed at how fast it arrived. I was pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival it did arrive in a regular white box wrapped and with a sticker of some sort on the screen. I peeled the sticker back and inspected the screen and found NO scratches no dings. Nothing!!! I then inspected the rest of the phone and same. It’s as perfect as could be. Brand new. I then tried turning it on. Unfortunately the phone was dead. I started getting a little scared. Was it too good to be true. I plugged it in and in moments it powered on. I checked the battery health. And lo and behold. 100% 🤯. I was in shock!! I’ve had it for a few days now and everything is great! I could t be more happy. For reference I got it in excellent condition. In midnight.

I’ve been using the iPhone 13 for a while now, and I’m very impressed. The battery lasts all day, the camera takes sharp and beautiful photos, and the phone is fast and responsive. The display is bright and clear, making videos and browsing enjoyable. It was easy to set up, and everything works smoothly. I highly recommend this phone to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality smartphone.

Bought what was supposed to be Amazon Renewed Certified Excellent IPhone 13. Was that an absolute lie!! Got the phone and the battery was dead completely, then it won’t stay on longer than 10 minutes!! Shows fully charged but once the charger is removed it just shuts off after no more then 10 minutes, sometimes sooner or immediately even though it shows battery left. When it does decide to stay on the battery goes dead in 30-40 min not even using it. That’s not even the worst part…yeah, it gets even worse!! It literally has NO/ZERO volume. The speakers have major issue! It won’t ring, won’t make any sound when playing videos or music but will randomly make a noise if you mess with the volume adjustment in the menu or if you flip the side volume lock a bunch! Randomly will make a quick sound then it goes right back to mute mode!! I bought a mute phone without knowing or intending to. It absolutely will not make sound or ring when you need or want it to but sure will just randomly spit a sound out for a millisecond!! Get this though, it will ring when called off FaceTime, then if I don’t use Bluetooth earbuds people can’t hear me when I answer or call somebody. Literally not a peep. This was supposed to be an Excellent condition Amazon Renewed IPhone according to this sellers listing!! Guess that tells you what kind of person this is selling people lies and garbage apple products claiming to be Amazon Renewed…so my opinion is steer clear from buying any electronics from this one!! Now I requested a return after paying $293.57 for this junk and basically the seller wanted me to send them images/proof the phone wasn’t working. Had to contact Amazon to get a return approved then the seller had the nerve to offer me a 10% partial refund to keep this junk phone. The nerve!! 10%?? After having the phone a few weeks and getting by with it how it is because I went a month without a phone after my previous IPhone was stolen! This was the replacement and I had to save to get it, a month without a phone is terrible and like I lost a hand…I was excited to finally get this phone and have totally dreaded sending this one back, waiting for it to be received, then wait on refund and then hope to find another phone and purchase it, then wait for it to ship, receive it and activate it. I’d be weeks again without a phone. I pondered this and drove myself nuts worrying about not having my phone again. This brought me hesitantly to the conclusion that I’ll get a partial refund and keep it…then when I can get it fixed or fix it myself and not be without a phone. After I decided this I contacted the seller and explained this and asked for 20% partial refund which would help pay for the repairs not even a small portion of what I’m sure it will actually cost me plus the headaches but 20% is all! I got a message back within a few hours and was told NO!! Said 10% is most they will refund! After all the inconvenience headache and stress this purchase has caused me this “uuuuggghhhhh!!” (Sure you know what that says) doesn’t even have the decency to give me $57 back on a garbage phone I paid $300 for! SO, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND MY OPINION AND STEER FAR AWAY AN CLEAR Of THIS SELLERS ELECTRONIC STORE OR ANYTHING THEY SELL! SCAMMER in my book and I sincerely hope this review helps somebody else avoid going through anything even remotely like my experience with this seller because the listing sure sounded convincing. But got convinced to buy trash for $300 and a terrible overall experience and a self who has zero compassion, sympathy or morals. 20% was super reasonable to me, I was gonna ask for 50% because that’s about how much of a working IPhone. Needless to say the Phone is getting returned now! They have scorned me and I’m almost to the point of never buying from Amazon again period because they will not help me other then forcing seller to accept return…no compensation for time, stress, inconvenience or losses concurred for being without my phone again. Worst consumer customer experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and I won’t forget it!

Phone was ordered under GOOD condition. Front glass and back glass no no scratches at all. Frame around got a few stuff marks but phone case will hide it. It was unlocked as advertised and it came with charging cable. Everything is working great.

So far so good! Always be mindful of the seller when it comes to renewed phones. This is my 2nd purchase. I had to return the initial purchase due to the phone heating up(very 1st day) and the exterior being scratched up. This time around, I am satisfied with this seller. The phone even had 92% battery life. My daughter loves it! I only gave 4 stars for maybe 4 light scratches, but you have to look really hard to notice!

I was as skeptical as anybody could be, I've never purchased a refurbished/renewed/pre-owned phone before. I was worried of faulty parts and bad battery percentage. I couldn't have been more wrong about it. Received the phone an entire week before the estimated delivery window, which is awesome since this phone is to replace an elderly family members older iPhone that was giving up and not receiving calls anymore. So getting this early was just great. I purchased the "good" condition option, opened the package and the phone was in impeccable condition, not a single scratch on the screen or on the back glass. Buttons worked great and sim tray opened easily. Opened the phone and started setting up, 99% BATTERY! I can't recommend this enough if you're somebody who is sketched out to buy from an actual person and just want a used iPhone at a great price, buy it from Amazon!

So far, so good! Upgraded my almost 13 year old from an iPhone 6 to the iPhone 13. The phone arrived as advertised. Premium - Renewed. Literally looks and functions as if brand new. Battery health was/is at 100%. Everything functions as it should. I chose the unlocked version and was able to slip our Mint mobile sim card in and it worked seamlessly. **I wasn’t crazy about the packaging. I think everything could have been more securely packaged. You could literally hear the phone and accessories sliding all around in the box before I even opened the bubble mailer envelope. The phone also came pre set up and was just waiting for the new Apple ID to be signed in. This made me a little weary, so I did do a factory reset. For the price and condition though this was a great purchase! I would purchase from Amazon/the seller again in the future.

I ordered this phone with next-day delivery and received it on time. My first impression was that the Lightning cable included was obviously not an Apple cable. It was thin, flimsy, and seemed like the type of cable that could potentially cause charging port issues with long-term use. It also triggered a "slow charger" alert when I tried to use it, so I decided to throw the cable away and use one of my own. Secondly, the phone was listed as being in "Excellent" condition, but when the package arrived, the box itself had "Good" checked off on the condition label. That was disappointing and confusing. Other than those two issues, the phone seems suitable for the next couple of years, at least based on my initial experience. I will update this review if that changes. For context, I'm coming from an iPhone XR. I don't closely follow new iPhone releases, I'm not a photography enthusiast, and I can't break down all of the technical specifications the way some reviewers can. What I can say is that the phone was advertised as unlocked and it was, in fact, unlocked. It arrived in pristine cosmetic condition, and I absolutely love the blue color.

This phone came quickly and looks brand new. Initially it was not allowing me to set it up completely with an error message of cannot restore backup. After a few times doing that, it showed me a screen to update the phone to current IOS. Once the updates were done everything transferred without much difficulty, however my social media and banking apps were not shown up. I went into AppStore and looked up one of my apps, and it was sitting there waiting to be downloaded. So for all my apps, I just had to download them again. So I say all that just to advise someone who may be troubleshooting. Otherwise no troubles with the phone… battery is 99% and it’s working well. Hoping to get a few years out of it. This is my 3rd iPhone I have purchased from Amazon for myself and family. I would not hesitate to buy another phone off Amazon. I look at the seller profiles and this is the seller I have gone with each time.

I received this phone on June 30, 2025. I set it up a week later. Today is July 24, 2025. The phone is working fine. (Two days ago the phone suddenly froze, but it did come back after I let the battery die and then recharged the phone again.
