Gave gentle support reduces discomfort, and improved posture
My wife love it. She says it makes her back hurt less, she noticed she stood straighter and she felt more put together. She says it’s a lifesaver for postpartum recovery. It’s soft, breathable, and fully adjustable.

Great
I’m really happy with this binder! I used it after giving birth, and it truly helps you feel more supported, especially when your abdominal muscles are still recovering. It fits comfortably, doesn’t dig in, but offers great compression. I love that it has three adjustable straps — makes it easy to customize the fit. The material is soft, breathable, and comfortable enough to wear all day. I highly recommend it to any new mom, especially in the first few weeks postpartum!

Will not fit extra small
I’m sure this is great for its intended purpose of immediately after having a birth. It is not great post hysterectomy, or for someone that is very petite. It is much too big for me, and additionally would have been much too big for me after I had my daughter because as a normal size 0 at that time I was a size 3, and this would have slid off of me. It slides right off of me now as a normal six. From a gather, this product is terrific if you are midsized. Giving three stars because the Velcro is also very small strips that don’t seem to stick well.

A great buy for that postpartum period!
During my first postpartum recovery I did not use a belly band. This time I did and I am very, very happy that I chose to do so and to use this one in particular. That feeling of emptiness after baby has “left the building” made me feel so woozy and uncomfortable with the extra space in my stomach. This hugged me nicely without being too tight. It did ride up a bit when I sat down, but was easy to readjust. The material was very soft against my skin and overall made my postpartum recovery SO much easier during those first few weeks.

Helped heal my 4 finger DR
I used this postpartum to help heal my 4 finger DR. It is pretty comfy but I will say it slips really easily and that would get uncomfortable at night. It really helped to provide support while my tummy was mush in early postpartum.

Simply essential
This Frida Mom strap was one of the best purchases I made for my postpartum! The material is super comfortable and the compression is in the right measure - I felt firmer, safer and with much more mobility from the first days.I used it both in the normal postpartum period and on the days when I needed more back support, and it made all the difference. It's easy to adjust, has a good height (it covers the belly well), and it doesn't curl when we move. You can feel the quality of the product, and it really delivers what it promises. If you are putting together your postpartum kit, this strap needs to be on your list!

Really comfortable and holds everything together
I’m giving this 4.5 because I haven’t actually gotten to use these in the immediate postpartum period to see how it performs then.I had PO prolapse and a seriously weak pelvic floor after pushing for 5 hours with my 5th baby, and I bought this to try wearing after working out when I was having a lot of pain and everything just felt really loose/weak around my hips and pelvic girdle. This has given me a lot of relief as I wear it around the house after a strength workout, run, or a long walk, and I notice that I don’t stay sore for days on end like I used to. I am 8 months pp now and I started using it about 2 months ago, and I feel confident that this has helped in my recovery, so I can only imagine it would perform well early on as well.It seems slightly more sturdy than some of the other girdles I’ve worn in the past, and it definitely is a better value for the money. I find it pretty easy to wear around the house as I’m taking care of kids, doing housework and even sitting on the couch. I’ve found with other (especially cheaper brands) that they get bunched up and uncomfortable unless I’m laying in bed, but I think the segmented design of this one really helps.Nitpicky compaint: I wish the tag was on the inside

Not for short waisted women
Not mad that I bought this product because I couldn’t imagine the car ride home from the hospital without it. However it was not designed for women with a small torso.
