This is the 4th dock I purchased trying to find the right item for my setup.I run 3 27" high resolution displays. One 5k LG Ultrafine and Two 4k Benq'sThe M1 macbooks can only run 1 external display and the Mac mini can run 1 from USB-c and 1 from HDMIThis left me in a predicament to drive my 3rd monitor on my new mac mini. I tried a few docks but had issues and couldn't get 4k resolution.I decided to try this one after the failures but since it only had an USB-C input I was weary. This is because the Mac mini can only drive 1 Monitor from USB-C and my main LG Ultrafine only has USB-C input so if I plug this dock into my second USB-C will it work?Well it arrived and I plugged it in and it worked immediately and I got a crisp clear 4K display. I even unplugged the HDMI from the Mac mini driving the 2nd BenQ and plugged it into the dock instead and it worked great. I wanted to test it and see how it worked with the Mac mini driving the main monitor and the other 2 from the dock in full 4K resolution and it is flawless.If you want to add extra 4k displays to your M1 Mac then look no further this is the solution you are looking for and at a very reasonable price.

Perfect recon hub, works brilliantly and arrived packed well and with all the parts.

It never detects any HDMI screens. Basically it’s not functioning

Works OK for everyday use, but after the computer enters standby, sometimes it has a hard time recovering, and sometimes it doesn't even come back online at all.My games started lagging after I plugged the monitors on it. Really considering returning it, expected a way better performance from a Targus Product at this price point.
