Odd Flavor on this Batch Disappointing
Normally love them but this batch was oily and had a weird flavor. I tossed them out since they weren't able to be returned. Huge waste of money. (Update: after Nicks saw my post they reached out and wanted to make it right. They sent me, on their dime, a new batch directly from their company. Not thru Amazon. They were perfect in flavor and texture. I will continue ordering because I love them but maybe thru them in lieu of Amazon from this point on. Thanks Nicks for being 100% behind your product)

Excellent!
Very tasty, and obviously high quality meat.

Arrived spoiled
While I love these beef sticks (flavorful, filling, healthy) the sticks were spoiled in this last delivery. I've ordered them 6 times before with no issues but the last time the sticks were gray in color and looked slimy so I threw them out. Thankfully the seller gave me a refund without any issue. I really want to order them again because I actually love these sticks but I'll probably go right to the store to get them as there seems to be problems with spoilage when ordering via Amazon.

Excellent Meat Sticks
I've always been a long term fan of Ostrim meat sticks, but saw these in an Amazon ad and decided to try them. Wow. I'm happy I did. PROs: - There's more product in the package (1.7oz as opposed to 1.5oz Ostrim) - There are two sticks per package, (yes, of course they are slightly smaller, but you finish one and, voila, there's another one waiting for you!). - From a purely subjective POV, the taste is better. More like meat, less like flavorings. - The better taste may be a function of Nicks' use of free-range animals (no hormones or antibiotics). No artificial colors, soy, msg, nitrates or nitrites. - My wife loves the fact that Nick's Free Range Turkey are 75 calories and 0 carbs (Ostrim Turkey is 100 cal, 6 carbs) - Product packaging is easier to open without 'tools'. (As I get older I start to care about stuff like that...) CONs: - I haven't found a 'flavor variety pack' yet, which I prefer, just to keep things fresh and to enable trying new product and finding a favorite one or two. But I don't think Ostrim sells a 'native' variety pack either; bulk buying and repackaging seems to be a function of third party resellers. - Ostrim wins in the protein content category (at least comparing turkey-based products) Ostrim 14g, Nick's 10g. WASH: - I like the flavor of Ostrim's spicy meat sticks, but haven't tried Nick's spicy versions yet. So I want to try the spicy version of each of Nick's meats before judging that aspect. -Depending on the quantity and seller, the prices are almost identical on a per oz. basis. Nick's seems to be sold directly by "Nick's Sticks by Wenzel's Farm" whereas Ostrim is often sold by companies who buy in bulk and repackage.

My Keto life savers!! Favorite go to snack
I LOVE these turkey sticks! Free range, limited ingredients, sugar free, zero carb, low calorie, good protein and totally delicious!! What more could you want? I keep a couple of these in my purse all the time. It’s the perfect snack for any time of day, and is a late night snack that I don’t have to feel guilty about! When I used to buy these in the store I would occasionally get some that were really squishy (more like turkey paste in a tube than turkey sticks) but since I’ve been ordering through Amazon with subscribe and save I haven’t gotten a single squishy one! Yes, they are quite pricey, but it’s a price I’m willing to pay for the convenience and the quality. I can definitely recommend these, ESPECIALLY if you subscribe to a clean keto lifestyle. I choose to get most of my protein from plant sources but this is one of my exceptions. LOVE! I hope this review has been helpful! And yes I pay full price for these. Feel free to ask any questions!
