まあまあ値段分は有る
一日１万歩くらい歩く作業靴に使用、2,000円前後の中敷よりは良いと思う。 耐久性も半年使用したけどこの感じ ゴルフ場でも、楽に最終ホールまで回れた。 いつもの２割減の疲労かな？

Excellent quality
This is a wonderful product that was first known to me by my Orthopedist 14 years ago and I am still wearing them. Great quality, extra cushioning in the heels, easy to cut and adjust to size and easy to wear in most shoes. Spenco is Microcellular Rubber which is incredibly durable. These last me a long time, but I buy more so I don't have to constantly change them from shoe to shoe. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with foot pain.

[スペンコ] ヘビーデューティー 2024年９月に購入。NB574スニーカーに装着してみたが踵の厚みが２倍くらいあるので、足首が安定しない。更に緑色の表の素材が滑りやすく靴の中で足が前後に動く。 確かに厚みがある製品なので、クッション性はいいので長距離歩行には効果があると思うので、ミドルカットやハイカットのシューズやトレッキングシューズ向きだと思います。また靴下の素材を選択するのも考慮。

They work
I walk a lot and these insoles fit my feet perfectly. I didn’t wear them for while and developed plantar fasciitis so now they are in all my shoes .
