Excellent quality flipper with D2 blade, ceramic ball bearings, and G10 scales
Excellent flipper, liner lock knife with a sturdy D2 tool steel blade, SS liners, G10 scales, and ceramic ball bearings, for an amazing price. This is a high quality, easy opening, larger, heavier, sturdier knife, and it feels as such. While it makes a good work knife or camp knife, it can still be used for EDC which is what I do.

Dare I say,best knife under $40?
I bought the Carbon Fiber version of this Petrified Fish Magazine. This is a greatbig, not to heavy, useable, folding knife. I have a number of Petrified Fish knives now. Bestech was my favorite brand.Petrified Fish is now beating them. Why? All the Petrified Fish knives I've bought came consistently sharper, and better, more consistent, edge grinds. Also, the body screws seem to be better. This PFP02 Magazine knife is a great knife. It came sharper than most of all my other knives from the factory. The behind the edge grind is thin, not too thin, but it's a box shredder. This knife has a big handle, And it's also thick. You can get a very good, heavy use, solid grip,on this handle. The detent is slightly firm, but the action was perfect for a large blade, and it drops shut. This is a strong solid knife. The jimping on top of the blade is great, and it works, unlike many other knives which the jimping is there mostly for looks. Now,it's not a fancy design. And it's not unique either. I'd say it's a larger, stronger built, Harnds Talisman. But I can highly recommend this model. Why would you want a Civivi or Kizer when Petrified Fish is coming out with cheaper (in price) knives of equal to or superior quality? This brand is replacing Bestech as my favorite knife brand.

Worth the money.
Petrified fish, the best budget knife brand. Great choice of materials and design. The D2 blade is sharp right out of the box. Money well spent.

Great knife but dirty
Would have given this knife five stars. The action is amazing. The blade was extremely sharp. Has a good grind. The feel in your hand is fantastic, but when I took it apart a lot of the screws were rusted and it was extremely dirty. I had to clean it all out. It works fine now, but one of the screws that holds the pocket clip is extremely strip since I had these so much force to get it out due to it being arrested in there. All in all, it's a great knife and I most likely just got a defective one but because of that I had to give it four instead of five.

This is a well made beauty that’s my current EDC!
It “pops” open authoritatively, is a keen slicer and “drops closed” on ball bearings .. elegantly!

AN OBVIOUS PREVIOUS RETURN, TORN BOX AND A LOOSE BLADE
I'm a big fan of PF knifes, this is my second Magazine purchase among various models and first time an obvious return was sent. Torn box and lanyard along with a loose blade. I was able to tighten the pivot screw to correct the blade. The knife is as good as the last one, but returned goods should be restored to like new or disclosed as a return.
