I used this product as a natural health food supplement. The product is very gritty even when dissolved in boiling hot water! It also has a strong moldy odor. The container did not have any moisture absorbing packets like most other powder food supplements I've purchased. I do not recommend this product brand ! Amazon should discontinue this item !

Get ready to urinate a lot when you first start taking this. The amount of energy I felt when I took it on a regular basis was well worth it though. Great product, and I will purchase it again.
