It has mustard oil and ajwain taste. Red chilli pieces are big and fat type, not normal thin red chilli as shown in the bottle.It is too salty especially when you chew the chillies. And that is coming from me, someone who adds extra salt in food.

Waste product

Good taste and value for money. Have been regularly buying this pickle for over three years. Of late I noticed deterioration in its quality. Specifically the quantity of masala used to stuff the chillies has considerably reduced thereby making the pickle lose its tangy taste. A bit disappointed with the last purchase in May 2025.

Nothing close to Stuffed Chili Pickle from Bihar. The pickle got lot of amchur powder and excessive oil. It tastes too sour. I am disappointed.
