I used to take Trazadone as a medicine to help me sleep. Could take me at least 20 minutes to a half hour to make me feel tired, and I would wake up feeling groggy. Tried this stuff on a whim, and it works amazing! The taste is really good, and I fall asleep much quicker! Even managed to get taken off Trazadone seeing this stuff helps me fall asleep quicker, makes my dreams more vivid and good (maybe it's just me), and I wake up feeling energized much quicker. This stuff works WONDERS for me!

Waited 10 days to get an open tub... Now I need another 11 for a replacement...*** update... I received the replacement well ahead of estimated time...I've tried it for 2 nights now... the taste is good... made me sleepy... but after about 4 hrs both nights i woke up restless and had a hard time falling back asleep... I don't know if this is due to the product or holliday stress... i'll update again if something changes..*** Second update... I'm starting to like how it makes me tired fast.. good for shift work.. still waking up 4-6 in... But it's easier to fall back asleep now...

I've tried many different sleep aids and the problem with most is that they either don't help me sleep or if they do I wake up feeling very sluggish. This product benefits from having neither of these problems. This product helps calm the body to the point of getting me to sleep and when I do wake up, I feel very refreshed and ready to take on the day. Very good flavor, goes down easy, and is more of an easing into sleep rather than a knock out drug.

This product works great! With the fat burner mixed in you get a little tingle in your face before falling asleep. But it lets you get the deep sleep you need. Once taken, you will be asleep within 20-30min. The taste is really good, no chalky after taste. There were times I took it and only slept 5 hours and I felt like I slept 8. This stuff works for me and I will buy again.

The melatonin in this supplement does help me fall asleep but that's about it. The flavor is 5/5 hands down but in terms of it's usage the best I can give it, is something to help you relax and fall asleep. Sleep will help your muscles recover in general but I can't give that praise to the product.

I originally liked this product...but..... when I recently opened it to use it, it was filled with little black dots as shown. I tried to contact the seller for a refund, but haven't gotten a response. I don't think I could drink this again after seeing what happens to it. Purchase date was in May of this year. This should not happen to this product. Yuck!

I've had issue sleeping for as long as I can remember with no help from prescribed medications that didn't make me feel well all together. I've tried tons of options and this is the one for me! At this point I honestly don't care about the cost (a little high for the amount) if the quality stays high it just works so well for me as a post workout or work drink before I go to bed without making me feel poorly. A++ will continue to buy as long as it has it's current formula (liking the tropical or warrior punch the best so far).
