Nearly perfect. A couple minor gripes.
The Dupray Home Steamer is a great tool. No doubt. Most noticeably, the steam is incredibly hot, even with the floor attachments. I was debating between 2 machines, higher pressure and hotter steam, I decided on the one with the hotter steam. I cleaned my stove/venthood and the grease just melted off. I also cleaned the grout on the floor effortlessly with the brass brush attachment. Also, the steam seems to last forever. I was able to steam clean my entire livingroom and dining room on one fill. Entire bedroom and bathroom on one fill. Some people pointed out that the steam is wetter than they anticipated. When I was moving the mop head quickly, I did see more water than expected. But when I slowed down, especially on the stainless steel parts of my appliances, once the surface heated up, the water evaporated almost immediately. Now for the minor gripes, The cable wrap isn't great, it's functional, but a little flimsy. The power cable is very long making it harder to wrap up, but the longer power cord is a far better feature. The pressure valve also seems a just little flimsy, but I'd be surprised if anyone actually uses it. I don't think it'll break off with normal use, but I'd prefer a slightly different stepped design. The large blue bonnet that is in every picture of this product was not included. But these are very minor concerns compared to how well the Hoe performs. One tip, make sure to purchase extra small brush ends. They sell them on the Durpay site, The plastic brushes will probably last 2 to 3 cleanings, the brass ones, 4 to 5 cleanings. But stocking up is a smart idea.Other than that, a great value. I love cleaning with nothing but hot water, and the results are amazing.

Good quality home steamer
Unless you have thousands to buy a commercial steam cleaner, this product is a great alternative. I've used it several times. I found it to be really fantastic for cleaning things like grouted tile, getting that nastiness out from around the toilet, couch and carpet stains, and steaming moldy areas out of a boat interior. It didn't do as well as I hoped for removing those baked-on greasy areas on my stovetop around the burners on my gas stove; or removing that baked-on grease from the bottoms of stainless steel pans or interiors of baking pans. However, when you combine it with some good old-fashioned elbow grease, you can at least see an improvement. There are multiple attachments that are great for different jobs. I've seen people complain that the nylon brush wears down after one use. That should be expected. Those brushes are very soft, and with hard scrubbing will wear down. You can buy replacement attachments easily. I've never had the problem with pressure or heat temp. You have to be patient and wait for the water to heat to the right temp to establish enough pressure to use; and take your time figuring out the pressure setting knob. I would highly recommend this product.

Very hot and a lot of steam
What I wantedMy main focus was one that worked with rugs and re-heated quickly. I am tired of my Hoover shampooer quality/design issues; I don't wear shoes in the house or have pets so this works well. I also like the benefit of no chemicals or residue.I started out looking at the $70-ish steamers but after seeing reviews about short power cords or having to wait 20 minutes (There is a lower price Dupray has a longer wait) I decided to pay more. A bonus also was I can use my own cloths avoiding ongoing cost of cleaning pads.FeaturesThere is both a "heating in progress" and "low water" indicator. The extensions are very long, I haven't needed to use either or both just yet. There is also a funnel which I appreciated. It holds 34 oz so I just fill a 16 oz bottle twice to make it easy using distilled water. You can use tap but I don't want the white residue from the chemicals/minerals in the tap water.I can confirm the wait time for re-heat 8 minutes. There is a lot of steam and you do need to pull an hold a trigger to disperse, which I like for control sake. How it worked for meThe 1st used all the water w/o realizing it and then took off the plug and refilled no problem. The 2nd use I tried to refill I think too early and didn't release enough steam first, pull the trigger until nothing was left. So just be careful if you don't use it up or the plug will want to pop off with steam. Now I understand what another reviewer said about using up all the water each time for a smoother operation, instead of stopping at "low water" light to refill.I first steamed the mattress, which has a vinyl component but I was worried would melt so I tired through a towel 1st then w/o and it was fine. I used up all the steam with that and my bedroom rug. I cannot vouch for removing dirt since I just cleaned it but I am happy to know it is sanitized.A few days later I steamed the bath room sink, facets, tub facets, doors, tile. and mirror.Results-Mirror squeaky clean, but to be fair so does vinegar :)-Facets, very clean and shiny, blew out a lot of dirt under the knobs I wouldn't be able to get to w/o taking the sink apart---Next time, I'll put a rag on the other side to catch the water/dirt but wiping it up was just fine-Spotless sink, again any cleaner works however also blew out dirt from the overhang and crevasses due to the design of the sink---The best part is no fumes from a cleaner-In the tub I had one area that was rust on white and using the scrub bristle attachment it became clean in about 15 seconds, no trace-You do need to wipe up that which you have zapped. I see some reviews I think expecting no trace of anything but the steam simply super heats the area and then you can wipe up whatever it has lifted up, melted, sanitized, etc.I think the fact I can blow out crevasses, corners, edges, etc. sanitize the rugs, matrasses, upholstery, etc., it's not heavy to lift or pull along, all the attachments, I'm glad I bought it and glad I spent the extra $$.The main benefit is I can clean w/o chemicals and fumes, and chemical residue in anything I use this on.

Functions as represented.
Really gets stuff super clean. However, it has no vacuum capability. If you have a really dirty floor, piles of dirt will accumulate as you clean and you will need to manipulate them with the hose steam head for efficient pick by hand later.

Good Steam Cleaner Cheap Material
I've purchased and returned this twice. The front wheel is made of cheap materials and has broken twice withing the first two uses. Not very good quality for an item thats about $300. They can do better..
