This was for my granddaughter as I bought her some straighteners for Christmas, she has a glass top dressing table and I felt it would be ideal to stop the glass getting too hot if she left them switched on. She loved it and texted me to let me know she loves it , the colour was great and it’s very useful and makes it safer too. Great product.

I used the straightener just to test it out, and I really liked it. Plus, the temperature is hot enough to use daily. And it curls hair easily. The silicone is a part I bought separately.

Bought this as lost my ghd mat. Is very flimsy/thin and not very big. I suppose you get what you pay for. On the plus side its small and light for travelling

I regularly travel and always have the problem of doing my hair last, therefore I always have to wait for my straighteners to cool down (I would not want to put them in my case before they have!). Anyways, this mat is fantastic, you can wrap your straighteners in it or you can leave them on the mat (not worrying about if it'll burn the surface!). Couldn't recommend enough and great for the price too.
