Product is easy to use and was able to see the earwax easily & get it out without much pain. The silicon tip can be used to pull out soft wax easily. But I had hard earwax in my right ear and I felt severe pain while trying to pull it out. So, I poured lukewarm water in my right ear, waited for 5 minutes and then this time the wax came out very easily. In the bebird app, there are different modes to view through camera i.e. standard mode, child mode, elderly mode etc. In elders mode, the view is amplified and hence we have to be careful and see if we are closer to the eardrum or not. Please try to avoid pulling out any wax which is closer to the ear drum.Due to the bright white light emitting from the camera, you can feel a bit of heat sensation if you keep it inside your ear beyond 2-3 minutes.After downloading the bebird app from Google PlayStore, I faced some difficulty initially, on setting up the device as instruction manual was a bit confusing for me. Switch on the portronics microscope and also keep it closer to your mobile phone before the setup process. Your phone should be connected to your home wifi network. The microscope will emit a blue light when it's ready.Once we enter the app, you have to press on 'Connect to a device' and it will start searching for nearby wifi networks. In the list of wifi networks, the bebird wifi network will also be visible. Please click on the same and then come back to the main screen on bebird app. Now it will mention that the device is connected. Click on start button and your mobile phone will start displaying the camera contents from the ear microscope. Then you can navigate slowly and see the inner ear part.There was only one spare silicon tip in addition to the one that was fitted with the microscope. I wish that they could have given more silicon tips as they may not last for a long time. I couldn't find any other links in Amazon to see wherein the silicon tips are sold separately also.

I would suggest to talk to an ENT before you get such devices. The tip is slightly hard and it did hurt me a bit. It could've much softer.I've had it since 17 months and it now malfunctions. It automatically get off in less than a minute. When I put it for charging, it never gives the signal when the charging is full. I tried keeping for 9-12 hours and still.

You have to select yes in that case.
