Super product, cooks evenly and on a low heat. You don’t need to have a high heat setting, just remember to heat the pan BEFORE you put the oil/butter in for better results. I don’t know why this is so but it seems to work. Perfectly non-stick even when sealing meat. Price is OK for this quality of product and compares favourably with other manufacturers of quality products.

Eggs just glide out of the pan. I use cheap silicone tools with it, Unfortunately Greenpan don't do a lid for this, but I found an alternative on Amazon. Lightweight and easy to clean, Top breakfast tool.
