I had these recently. Delicious. Little pieces of almond toffee, not too hard, easy on the teeth, dipped in dark chocolate, rolled in cocoa powder. Not too sweet, cocoa powder can stick to your fingers, well worth the trouble. These would make a great gourmet gift.
