Missing items
The seller must check the items before shipping. Out of the 10 sets (pairs) ordered, 3 had only one side of the set and the other side was missing. The side which sticks to the wall was there, but the one which is to be stuck behind the item to be hanged was missing. This makes the entire set useless. Other than that, the overall product is OK.
