I have been dealing with low moods and poor mental health for a while and when I took the pill for the first time it felt like someone switching the lights on in my brain. I’ve always been a bit more sensitive to medications so I’m wary it may be placebo. But since finishing my second bottle, my overall mental health and anxiety has improved. It hasn’t fixed it all but has definitely helped and made a difference. I stopped for a bit because I didn’t want to be reliant but as I felt my low moods come back I restocked and am feeling better already since taking them again.
