Great tea

CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT IT
I started drinking this tea some years ago in the hopes that the turmeric would relieve some of my knee inflammation. I have a great deal of knee pain. With my knees it is hard to tell if it is working because the level of pain varies widely from day to day and sometimes even hour to hour. BUT, what it definitely did relieve and continues to relieve is the stiffness and pain in my fingers. When I started drinking this tea I could not cut a piece of meat without dropping the knife due to my stiff fingers. I had a prescription for steroids from a rheumatic surgeon, which did help, but I had serious side effects. And was temporary. When I went off of the steroids the stiffness and achiness returned. And I would not want to take steroids on a continuing basis, nor would a doctor prescribe them on a continuing basis for something like my hand condition. Sometime after I started drinking the tea I realized that the stiffness and pain in my fingers was gone. If I drink it on a continuing basis they do not return. That is no problem because I love the taste of the tea and would drink it anyway. I have tried other brands of tea with turmeric and ginger and have not liked any of them. I really, really like the Rishi brand. It has the added benefit of soothing my stomach. I hope that since it is so effective in relieving the inflammation in my fingers that it is also relieving some of the other inflammation in my body. I actually believe that it is. As an added flavor enhancement that I like I add a sweetner, some pieces of crystallized ginger and a spash of either lemon juice or lime juice.

Comforting tea
Drinking this tea just makes me happy . There is something special about the mixture of turmeric and ginger . Add fresh lemon and a little honey . A perfect drink in the time of COVID .

Hands down the best tea I've had
Hands down the best tea I've had. Very spicy and strong. Fragrant. Delicious. I buy in bulk to save. Extremely pleased with this product. I prefer the tea bags over the loose tea.
