Initial delivery was broken, which was worrying as it indicated it being fragile. However it looks like it got badly damaged in transit.GeYangMusic were very helpful and provided a replacement very rapidly.Replacement arrived safely and initial thoughts are very favourable as I wait for the tuning to settle down.

Definitely a joy for a more experienced guitarist. The body is firm and the strings are easy to play as if a six string. I felt the neck was a little wide, but I have small hands. More important it was easy to tune (helps with the clip on tuner). The add in CAPO was a great idea. As with a new guitar (the strings need time to settle down) I found that after a couple of days there was only a small drift in the tuning. As I write this I am ordering Elexur light & medium gauge that I use on the acoustic. Can't wait for the outcome.

Great purchase for anyone looking for an affordable 12 string guitar! Really the only issue I have with it isn't with the guitar itself, rather the capo that came with it. I find it hard to believe that capo is designed for a 12 string, it's weaker than the capo I use for my 6 string! But other than that it's everything I was looking for!

Lovely guitar plays really nice , really nice looking, I would recommend it if it wasnt damaged like this one but unfortunately the head stock looked like it had been hit with something and at least one of the dings had been sprayed over so I would say this was done in the factory before it hit the shops, if they had offered me a discount I would of kept it but they didn't so I will have to send it back, good luck people. I should be given a job in product testing 😁 xxx

I've just purchased this guitar as my first 12 string. I've been playing for many years and have bought numerous acoustic guitars. However, this guitar, for the price, is unbelievable (which also includes many accessories). It may not be the richest sound, and there is slight vibration if the strings aren't completely pressed down, but for the money, this is a winner. It looks amazing and presents with a low action which makes it very easy to play. I can't recommend this guitar enough for the price you will pay.

I’m not gunna be a cruel and say it’s a POS, but because of the price you get what you pay for. It’s not unplayable, but the fret edges are like razor blades when playing, it arrived with a big gouge in the fretboard and a crack in the neck near the headstock. Like I said, not unplayable but can’t moan for how much it coasts. String also snapped whilst tuning for the first time lol. Can’t blame the guitar for that tho! Just don’t expect a £500 epiphone. It’s nothing more than a beginner acoustic with extra strings.

I bought this guitar to try out a 12 string, and what can I say its Fantastic! I've never heard a sound from a guitar like it. I always wanted to have a mess around on one and at this price it's great to have a go! If your thinking about getting one just do it! I'm really happy with the purchase! The included accessories are great and are good quality. The bag and tuner are fantastic just throw the guitar in and off I go! Brilliant product!
