Brought as a gift. Recipient seems happy enough with the item. Says it's well built and comes in very useful for model making.

The vice is lightweight, and has a good amount of play in the gap to satisfy most model making needs. However, it loosens off almost immediately you start to put pressure on the piece - in my case a locomotive chassis I was sawing down to size. The same can be said about the fastening screw as well. Due to this, I had to keep tightening both up after only a few seconds of work. Then the part that fastens to the desk decided it was throughly fatigued and snapped off. Had it been a more expensive item, I would have kicked off, but not worth it here. Just avoid buying this one!

Es ist kein Präzisionswerkzeug, aber für den Preis erfüllt es seinen Zweck.

Essendo molto debole nell'effetuare il fissaggio si è rotta.

Ich bin nicht übermäßig kräftig, habe es aber geschafft, den Schraubstock beim Festschrauben an den Tisch zu zerbrechen. Daher leider keine Kaufempfehlung, obwohl er eine schöne Größe für kleinere Arbeiten hat.
