I’ve been purchasing this for years ~ works great, removes odors, keeps drains flowing, you can break them to go down drains with small hole coverings . It does the job . But what truly impressed me is they sealed the packaging to not contaminate other items it shipped with! Highly recommend

I own a house built in the early 1950s. After owning this house for a couple years I started smelling the dreams which is a horrible smell if you don't know. Unfortunately, just as the pandemic started and we entered lockdown, my sewer pipe disconnected and sank into my yard, causing a lot of black water to overwhelm the lower level of my house. Of course there was no way this was going to take care of that but my plumbers were fabulous and everything got taken care of. Ever since then I've been using these to keep all my drains fresh. They do a great job with minimal work on my part. I've subscribed to them so that about every 3 months or so I get more just as I have used up the ones I had in all of my sinks or drains. It's a nice peace of mind and keeps the drains running freely.

I was excited about this low-effort way to keep drains clean (drop in a stick every month or so), but it dawned on me that my bleach shower cleaner might inactivate the sticks and sure enough, it looks like that's the case. I also use a peroxide-based mouthwash and it looks like that's a no-go, too. I really don't want to craft my whole (cleaning) life around these drain sticks, but it seems like it's an either-or situation.

I’ve used Green Gobbler Drain Sticks on and off since 2019 (yep, I checked my order history because I’m that person), and every time I pop one into the drain, it’s like giving my sink a breath mint. The fresh scent is subtle but noticeable, and more importantly, it works. No clogs, no gurgling sounds, no science experiments growing in my pipes. They’re super easy to use just drop one stick down the drain once a month and forget about it. I love low maintenance solutions, especially ones that prevent bigger, grosser, and more expensive problems. We had a bad sulfur smell coming from our kitchen sink & thought it may have been our "P-trap" but with assurance from our plumber that our p trap was fine he suggested their may be an overgrowth of bacteria from one or both sink sides. We have a typical double sink so we plopped a few these in & after about 2 days smell gone!!!

I do not write many product reviews, but this is an exception I need to make. If I could give 0 stars, I would, because this product did not do any sort of deodorizing or cleaning. I put these sticks in my bathtub drain and in our bathroom sinks according to the simple instructions on the packaging that state: “Simply drop one strip in each drain or toilet tank every month to help prevent clogs and eliminate foul odors”. First or off, the sticks did not fit in either the sink drains or the bathtub drain; I had to break the sticks apart and jiggle them in to fit. After a few days of having them in the drains, our sink drains in particular STILL smelled horrible. I took a look, and the sticks basically broke down in to littler pieces of clay like consistency and rather preventing clogs, they were just sitting in the sink actually clogging the sink. I had to dig them out with a Q tip and that was an unpleasant job to say the least (picture attached as proof). There is nothing on the packaging that states how long they take to work, and if the sticks dissolve over time. If I would have known the sticks just sit in the drain, I would have picked something else. I’m just going to stick with Liquid Plumr or Drano from now on. Don’t waste your money on this product!!!

This product really works! Placing a deodorizer stick in my sink drain really cut down on the unpleasant odor. Car definitely recommend.
