Very silky and non-greasy!
I love the Heavy hydrator! I use it on my face every morning before I put on my makeup. Even though it's called "The Heavy", it's not heavy!! Very silky and non- greasy! Also fragrance free which I love because I have sensitive skin!

Amazing hydration
Hi absolutely love this product so much. The consistency is smooth and buttery and gives ultra hydration without feeling heavy on my skin. Leaves my skin glowy and has improved my overall skin texture.

Great to keep winter cracking and bleeding at bay
I get bleeding cracks in my hands at my thumb and index fingers at the corner of the nail beds, and at the knuckles on my pinkies every winter, no matter what I seem to moisturize with.I'm using the "Heavy does it" This has helped alot, and has kept the already open cracks at bay and is slowly helping heal them, they aren't quite closed yet, but thet are no longer bleeding. Unfortunately I'm not diligent enough to apply it more than once a day. The pump bottle is nice and dispenses well. The lotion has the texture of a cream and gel mixed. It doesn't absorb instantly and takes quite a bit of rubbing in to get passed a slick coating it leaves. I would definitely wait 30 minutes before picking up your mom's fine China. I try to use it before bed so I'm not handling items that can slip through my hands. This isn't scented and doesn't smell funny or burn on those open cracked wounds, which I find does with scented products. I'm pleased with it so far and would order it again to help prevent my annual winter cracking.Hopefully this was helpful, Thank you!

Wonderful for SUPER DRY SKIN
Goodspread Heavy Does It Lotion for Dry SkinThis balm is amazing for my super dry skin. I have been using Dermalogica products for a long time but one thing that irks me is that they use essential oils - this works just as well as the Melting Moisture Mask and feels similar on my skin and doesn't contain any essential oils or fragrance. This can be used in any place that you need a bit of TLC for your super dry skin. It works really well as the last step to a nightly skin care routine.I have super dry and sensitive skin and this balm/lotion soaks right in and relieves that horrible feeling of tightness I get so often. This isn't something I use every day but during winter I feel like this offers such relief, I have been using it more often than not. It is full of the oils that make such a difference that I will be buying this for a long time.#alcohol-free #fragrance & essential oil-freeKey IngredientsAnti-acne: Niacinamide, PhytosphingosineAntioxidant: Betula Alba Bark Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf ExtractCell-communicating ingredient: Niacinamide, PhytosphingosineExfoliant: GluconolactoneSkin brightening: NiacinamideSkin-identical ingredient: Glycerin, Ceramide NP, Phytosphingosine, Sodium HyaluronateSoothing: Betula Alba Bark Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf ExtractALL INGREDIENTS BY FUNCTIONAntimicrobial/antibacterial: PhytosphingosineBuffering: Sodium Succinate, Citric Acid, Sodium HydroxideChelating: GluconolactoneEmollient: Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Caprylyl Caprylate/Caprate, Isocetyl Alcohol, Cetyl Alcohol, Hydrolyzed Pea ProteinEmulsifying: Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Cetyl AlcoholMoisturizer/humectant: Glycerin, Niacinamide, Pseudozyma Epicola/Camellia Sinensis Seed Oil Ferment Extract Filtrate, Sodium Hyaluronate, GlucosePerfuming: Betula Alba Bark ExtractPreservative: Sodium BenzoateSolvent: Water/AquaSurfactant/cleansing: Cetyl AlcoholViscosity controlling: Xanthan Gum, Isocetyl Alcohol, Cetyl Alcohol, Sodium ChlorideIngredientsWater/aqua, glycerin, helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, caprylyl caprylate/caprate, niacinamide, cetearyl olivate, sorbitan olivate, xanthan gum, isocetyl alcohol, ceramide np, cetyl alcohol, phytosphingosine, pseudozyma epicola/camellia sinensis seed oil ferment extract filtrate, sodium hyaluronate, betula alba bark extract, camellia sinensis leaf extract, caesalpinia spinosa fruit pod extract, helianthus annuus (sunflower) sprout extract, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed pea protein, glucose, sodium chloride, sodium succinate, gluconolactone, sodium benzoate, citric acid, sodium hydroxide.

Expensive product
My wife and I use handcreams and lotions every day, so when we saw this product available for review from VINE, we were happy to do so.I'm a journalist who works with paper and newsprint and office materials every day, which poses a lot of wear and tear on the skin of my hands. I'm also the chief cook in our home, so I'm washing my hands frequently. This means, especially in the winter in a dryer home, I'm using cream or lotion a couple of times a day.I've been a long-time fan of Burts Bees products. I'm not a chemist, but I'm pretty sure this product is similar to a product offered by Burts Bees in a similar container at half the list price of this product. That's why we're saying we think this is expensive. The other reaction we have to this is: Other products we have around the house more quickly seem to "dry" on the skin, so we're not feeling we have a slippery surface left on the skin. Our impression, after using this product a number of times, is that this stays "slippery" (the best way we can describe it) longer than the other products we've been using.Once again, let me stress: I'm writing this review honestly as a person giving this product a good test run in our home. I am aware that some creams are very expensive because of their special formulations. I'm not a chemist. I can't tell if the long list of ingredients in this product actually will hydrate my skin better than other less-expensive preparations. However, my impression is: There's nothing too special here to warrant the high cost.My helpful tip here is: Honestly, our experience with this was not remarkable, and we do feel the price is high. But my wife and I also know that we like to try a variety of products to see if they might be better for us. You may feel the same way. If you're dealing with chronically dry skin or hands, you still might want to give this product a try and your experience might be different.
