Case is very tight but does fit controller in and feels like a good quality product with a good strong zip to close it, just be careful not to catch the orners of your unit with it.Best to fit the xdj xz in rhere with the screen by the handle as this helps with closing as well as limiting and potential damage if the unit if droped whist in transit. Its never going to be as protective as a hard flight case so dont expect it to stop the unit from drops ect but knocks, bumps and rain i should be ok with.Now for the "bad" bits. If you are not carfull with the zip then you with scratch the corners of your controller with it, i have heard that the foam can rub off the painted labels (the bits that tell yiu what each knob and button is) on the controller so thats something to also consider. The shoulder strap is useless as its barely long enough to reach around the edge of the case when fully extended, so im not sure how you would get it over your shoulder. And lastly, it says it can also be used with a "deck saver" fitted on the unit. No it cant, unless you remove the foam first. And even then, because of how tight it is on the edges you risk the case making it rub on the unit. All in all a good case if its just to move your unit every now and then. But if you take your unit out on a regular basis then i would invest in a proper flightcase.
