Good recipes and I love her ranch dressing. Beutiful pictures for every recipe. Make your own parmesan cheese. Meal plan and I love having a actual book in my hand. I read a lot of kindle books (historical romance) and that's great because I can read in dark mode and make the font bigger. But with recipe books I like having the book

Amazing
I am so serious when I say I never write reviews regardless if the product is bad, good or simply just ok! This is perfect for anyone! I am currently transitioning back to a plant based lifestyle and this has made that transition easier and funnier than ever before! The guide, resources and plans in this book are so helpful! I purchased this two years ago and just now using it! Recipes are simple and quick and ingredients won’t break the bank! Meals are quick and easy for anyone in this “rat race “ of a world! Oh and dont forget the food taste amazing and not bland!!!!! Purchasing two more for my coworkers! Definitely a must have and I will definitely purchase more books from them

Wow! It doesn't get better than this.
This raw recipe book is absolutely the best. Every recipe I've tried is wonderful. The variety and flavors are top notch. You can tell that a lot of thought and effort went into these recipes. I could easily make this the only raw food book I use. I highly recommend.

Looks can be deceiving
Initially, I thought there was no way these dinners would be filling. I figured I’d just eat both the lunch and dinner portions together at dinner since I don’t always eat in the morning. I went ahead and made just the Day 1 dinner, because I’m not used to chopping and spiralizing so many veggies and I was eager to eat after preparing that one meal.I was blown away by how filling the first dinner meal was! I stayed full all evening (ate 4 hours before bedtime) and stayed full throughout the next morning. This after an intense morning workout too. Prior to starting this raw food adventure, I would typically skip breakfast and have a filling smoothie for “brunch” which would keep me full until dinner. The issue was that many mornings, I would feel nauseous/stomach growling and would have to have my smoothie breakfast earlier… after which I’d eat 2 more meals throughout the day. Given that I likely have some form of insulin resistance, this would make me very hungry at odd times and with odd cravings. It’s been only two days of eating raw (the first day I wasn’t following this recipe book) and I feel “fuller” than ever. I was also able to handle the morning nausea without needing to eat or drink anything.

I liked having the recipes pictured.Lots of creatives ideas for plating dishes. Inspired me to prep more raw foods.
