This this is awsome for massages, exspecially if you get that strong effective oil, not to strong with smell but quality. You don't want to over power a womens senses with just the aroma. This has been my one and only since someone gifted me one years ago. After more than a decade, I finally had to get a replacement--and even that was only because of my own carelessness. This is the same manufacturer, same model, but it isn't the same product. The vibration on the low setting is gentler, and it heats up *much* faster. After ten+ minutes, I'd say it would be close to unusable. And damningly, the unit is lighter weight. I wish I could tell the manufacturer that I would have happily paid more money for the same fantastic product. Everyone knew what a Hitachi was. It is a shame I received the HV260 in it's place. If you order this item and happen to receive the right item then it is fantastic. Great product that I have been using for for many years. The wand that I am using now was bought to replace one that I accidentally burnt out using the wrong current in a foreign country. This newer model is virtually the same as the original except that Hitachi has cheapened (in my opinion) the the vibrating head, using a lighter, less secure rounded head. It works virtually the same as the original except that the new head has fallen off a couple of times and had to be re-attached. A small inconvenience. But without question, if for some reason I should lose or burn out this model, I will definitely replace it with the same model. This Magic wand is indispensable…. and it is the best of its type.
