I’m happy with the quality and versatility it offers at this price point . The build quality is solid and sturdy. Installation was quick and easy, with all the necessary tools and instructions included.Only the sponge or grip quality could have been better.What I love most is the multiple exercise setups it supports. An added bonus is that I've been using it to hang my punching bag, and it handles the weight and motion very well. No wobbling or stress on the frame whatsoever.Overall, this is a good piece of workout equipment to have at home — compact, reliable, and super functional. Product delivered in damaged condition, packing is done very old as the bubble rap is not protecting the product , quality is average, did not provide key to fix the attachment otherwise its shown in the picture , grip quality is poor , overall quality is average

I recently bought this , it's really incredible, but you need a strong wall to mount it, I'm 82 kgs and yh it holds me well amd the wheel is plastic, everything else is steel. It's better if the wheel is steel either. The j hook must be strong.

Been using it for the past 1.5 yrs,and I LOVE ITThis was soo cheap yet so durable,I am calisthenics athelete so I needed for muscle up and other skillsOne tip which I learned-keep consideration for front levers,I attached it in a hurry and now I can't do front levers on it due to space.but regardless the product is amazing.Thanks to it now I am able to do WEIGHTED MUSCLES UPS
