This product is a must have. I sleep better and wake up less achy.

After purchasing this I heard in passing on a podcast to not take it with SSRI's (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors) which are your antidepressants, antianxieties and many more common mental health drugs. I decided to look into it and it can be very dangerous if you use these drugs. I'm on antianxieties so I'm glad I found the information. Many things in passing say not to take it but now WHY. You can end up with too much serotonin in your brain and it can kill you. I did use this once before finding out the info so as far as this specific product efficiacy I don't know. It's very blue, it's will stain everything and turns your pee green. It will even stain the toilet bowl. I'm going to give this to a friend but what I learned from research is there isn't a lot of evidence this has benefits everyone thinks. I can't say tho and just wanted to make sure others knew about the SSRI warning. And the staining, it was literally used as a dye so it will stain.

It has a strong taste to it but I believe it has been working. I have been sleeping much better and my recovery time after working out is shorter.

I have been taking this as instructed for a little over a week now - the past two days I have been experiencing blurring in my vision and today I had to leave work from extreme nausea and stomach pains - not to say that this product may work for some people just in my case as a 110LB 23YO Female it has not gone so well to say the least. My husband works in pharmaceutical and after just some brief research he was able to find that the amount this product is instructing us to take is INSANELY ABOVE the amount we should be taking. Adults should take 1-2 drops of 200 Milligrams - me taking this product as prescribed was the equivalent of the amount able to poison TWO 200 LB GROWN MEN. Had I continued taking this product as instructed, I would’ve experienced kidney failure. The fact that this product is suggesting to take way higher than the actual amount we’re supposed to take, it is unsafe and should disclose some of the possible side affects ESPECIALLY if they are as severe as VISION LOSS and HOURS of abdominal pain and vomiting. Buyer beware and I’m taking this as a learning opportunity for next time as I shouldn’t depend on my husband to do research for me LOLI will never take this product again and am hoping my review helps some others recognize how dangerous this product is.

The Trace products are quality supplements.

No matter what I mix this with I almost vomit every time I take it, it isn't eligible for return so I am stuck with it. It is worse than biting into a unripe persimmon.
