Inexpensive and works great even for swimming
I tripped and fell on a hiking trail and scraped a bunch of skin off the front of my shin. I swim regularly and I didn't want to have to take weeks out of the pool for it to heal. This product solved that problem. I cut a nonstick pad to the size of the wound and then cut this waterproof dressing about half an inch larger on each side. The dressing is extremely thin and sticks really well to the skin, not rolling up at the corners at all. I found it easy to apply by first cutting it to size, then removing the covering over the adhesive face, attaching the dressing and pressing it down on all sides, and finally removing the backing on the non-adhesive face. It holds up just fine through 40 minutes of swimming and appears waterproof. Removing it takes a bit of effort to get it started by sliding a fingernail under one corner, but once I get one corner up the rest of it pulls off pretty easily with almost no pain even on very delicate skin.I initially bought Tegaderm dressings from my local Walgreens and those also worked fine, but I prefer the Dimora dressing as it's thinner and more comfortable, and also about ten times cheaper!

Strong product that is waterproof for wounds.
After my dad has surgery or he has wounds, these were recommended by the doctor and they work amazingly well! Graded adhesive that stays on and is waterproof in the shower. Easy to put on and with adhesive remover easy to take off.

Great product. Works really well.
These work great! I had shoulder surgery and had to cover the bandages to shower. These adhered really well (almost too well) and worked perfectly. Only downside is, it was a little difficult to apply the first time because taking the backing off was a bit difficult and the product will stick to itself making it useless but, after the first time, all was good. Overall a very good product

Transdermal Dressing Patches... a blessing and better than falling off band-aids or bulky dressings
Last week I took a bad fall and tore the skin off my left arm just below my elbow. The ER gave me some of these patches to take home. They're water proof and keep bacteria out while allowing what appears to be very fast healing. I ran out last night and was desperate to get more so I quickly ordered some and have been tracking the delivery with great interest. They said they would be here by 6:30 but I was THRILLED to hear a vehicle stop and my gate swing earlier! They're here!! I had the ointment out and one of the patches on my arm before the vehicle was out of our parking lot. These are slightly larger than what I got from the ER so less risk of ointment getting under the adhesive. I LOVE THEM!! Keeps a horrible scab from forming and cracking when I bend my arm.. I can shower and sleep more comfortably since the patch moves with my arm. Not bulky under clothes either. Thank you to whomever developed these!EDIT: AFTER USING THESE FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS: These are still good but they don't stay on as well as the 3M patches. I wake up and they've curled up and pulled away which sometimes causes my area to have become roughed up and bleeding. If I had it to do over again I wouldn't have been so anxious to get them and would have searched for 3M to have the exact ones I had from the ER. All in all the transdermal patches are so much better than any kind of bandaid they are still a blessing to have though but the 3Ms just worked better over night etc,

GREAT product!!!
If you need a wet dressing for, or have a weeping wound, ya NEED these! I had to do a soaked saline dressing on my surgery site, for a few weeks, & I could NOT have gotten through that, without these! They kept the dressing moist, & kept it contained (it did not leak the saline) Kind of tricky applying the first few, & you need to use both hands, to apply it, but after a few applications, you got it. I love these, & appreciate the large qty per box (50). They stick well & long, & easily remove.HIGHLY recommend, & will buy again!

Great bandage for thin skinned elders.
These work really well on my husband’s thin skin. It seals well and stays attached but is easy to remove with minimal pain. You have to learn how to apply because it is thin and can easily stick to itself like Saran Wrap which is frustrating. Just understand going in that you’ll probably ruin a couple before you get the hang of how to apply them. I find that you get the best result by exposing about an inch or less of the sticky part and secure the outer edge on one side. Then quickly remove backing with one hand and smooth out the bandage with the other. If you try to do it slowly it ends up sticking to itself. The other good thing about this size is that you can cut them in half for smaller jobs.

Wasn’t what I was looking for but worked as described.
I became allergic to some adhesives after having surgery last Autumn. I haven’t been in to get patch testing done with my allergist (that’s coming in the near future) so I don’t know exactly what adhesives I’m allergic to. I just have to do things by trial and error right now. So far the only thing that doesn’t cause very itchy ulceration of my skin is tegaderm. While searching for tegaderm, this product came up. It is not like tegaderm. I mistakenly thought it was and was really happy to find something with an absorbent pad. Unfortunately I had a terrible reaction to the adhesive that is still healing several days later. It ulcerated my skin quite significantly unfortunately. I gave it 4 stars because it did adhere really well and was waterproof. It seemed more like a clear bandaid type bandage rather than tegaderm as far as material. It did what it said it would as far as adhesion and waterproofing; it just wasn’t the right product for me and my allergy.
