A: Herbs are always from china since it is not grown anywhere else, but the encapsulating   more than likely done in US.

**Q: Is this an antihistimine?**
A: Ingredients: Astragalus Root, Pueraria Root, Seashore Vitex, Common Peony Root, Cimicifuge, Phellodendron, Licorice, Chinese Angelica Root (Dong Quai), Codonopsis Root; Vegetable Capsules, Brown Rice Flour >>Directions for Use: For best results, take 3 capsules 3 times daily on an empty stomach. For maintenance, take 1 capsule 3 times daily.

**Q: Does anyone know if it thins the blood or any other interactions with blood thinners?**
A: I can't speak to this question directly.  However, I would recommend contacting Bright Nutrition directly with your question.  They are a reputable company located in Chicago, Illinois.

**Q: Is there a guarantee  on this product?**
A: I don't believe there is a guarantee on this product.  I have Meniere's Disease and suffer with vertigo and tinnitus.  I've been using this product for about 6 months at first doing the 3 capsules 3 times a day.  Just recently, I have cut down to 2 capsules 2 times a day and it is still working very well for me.  It claims to lessen the tinnitus but that hasn't been the cause for me but so far  I haven't had any vertigo episodes so I will continue taking it.
