Exactly as described; seems they should cost less
There's nothing "special" about these, but they're exactly as described. No decoration, easy to carry, easy to tear out sheets. I like that the edges are neat and the lines "square up" on each page. I'd give 5 stars if they were less expensive because they look low-cost to manufacture but, because I found no other notebook option as "simple", I may order more.

You can tell these were designed with care.
Loving the notebooks - everything is so clean, feels good in-hand, fits in a pocket nicely, and the lines are spaced well. The lines are thin and dark, spaced well. Very well thought out in every single way.The only suggestion I have is that you mark the front or back cover with a big ass logo or something so it is more clear which is the front & which is the back of the notebook.

Right size, right features--needs heavier/higher quality paper to be perfect
Unbranded Pocket Notebook, Black (3-pack of Notebooks) A good product with features seemingly unavailable from Field Notes & others. The top folder with perforated pages in 3x5 size is a unique combination. I love Rhodia's top staple pads and their paper IS hugely superior in weight & quality, but it is only available in an 80 page version, which is too thick. This is the right thickness for pocket carry without being obtrusive. The one missing ingredient is better quality paper

Just What I Wanted
Each 3"X5" notebook has 32 double side, wide-ruled, top perforated pages and are thin enough to accommodate a standard pen clip on the top. Fits very well in a slim fanny pack or purse ensuring that I always have pen and paper at hand. Color is so dark that it has the professional look of black. Value priced so that I feel no guilt about using to make notes about anything I want. Will definitely purchase again and hope it is offered in the future as a subscribe and save item.

Great to have with me at all times!
I really like having this pocket notebook with me in my back pants pocket at all times. I don't always have to make a lot of notes, but it's good to know it's there in case I need it. I also keep one on my desk in case something comes to mind that I can note real quickly. If I don't write it down, I'm likely to forget what I didn't want to forget. They are also are quite durable without being bulky.

Small and discreet, but need support to write on.
I like these, I find them useful, but I just can't LOVE them. They are too flimsy and need something underneath them to support writing on them- just bracing it on your hand doesn't work. The positive of that is they do fit in the smallest of small wristlets, which is very convenient.I probably won't purchase them again instead opting for something with a more sturdy binding. But the quality of the paper and the ability to tear out pages without ruining it are major pluses.Though I do have to say that I really enjoy how easy it is to write left-handed with them.

Back to basics always wins
I am constantly looking for new productivity tools and applications. Have tried dozens of iPhone todo apps and calendar apps. I have also over the years bought no less than 50 different notebook and notecard products. At the end of the day, simple is always better, even if the "promise" of new technology or form factors is always seductive. I bought two 3-packs of the Unbranded Pocket Notebook to start. I have since bought five more 3-packs. Features I love - unbranded, lightweight, ability to cleanly tear out sheets, ruled lines, small form factor, cost. I use it every single day and have started handing them out to friends and family. Do I wish my iPhone had an app that could perfectly imitate the "always on, always with me, always accessible" nature of the Unbranded Pocket Notebook? Yes. But until then, I am sold. Again and again. Thanks

Expensive
It is what I wanted , however it was exspensive. So simple in design . Stapler, sheet of black paper cut to size. I believe next time I’ll make them myself and save millions.
