Nice Cup, here are my three suggested improvements for REFLO. Then the cup would be AMAZING!!
I have ordered tons of these cups, I really do feel they are the best training cups. That being said they could use three major improvements: 1. They could be made more indestructible with a plastic more like a Nalgene bottle, I have had two cups drop on the floor in the kitchen and crack and 3 cups that my toddler chewed the tops literally shredding the plastic. 2. The insert should screw in or pop in to place; this would prevent spills that occasionally happen when the cup tips over. We have had several big spills caused by the insert flying out of the cup allowing all the cups contents to spill out. A simple screw-on top would prevent this from happening and give my toddler enough time to react to a tip over before having the entire contents spill everywhere. 3. An indicator like a slight crease showing where the max fill line is on the cup would be nice for parents as these cups can easily be overfilled if you don't know the sweet spot. If Reflo made these changes I think the cup would be AMAZING!! If Reflo doesn't do it then maybe I will create my ideal cup and make $$. ;)

Great toddler training cups.
These are great cups for helping toddlers learn to drink out of cups. We have others training cups, and these are by far the best. If the cup is thrown or dropped the insert will come out, and spill. Which I actually like, because it shows the consequences of the child's actions. This is a teaching moment that cups with secure lids don't properly allow for. A little spill is not the same as the entire cup is now empty. If used properly the insert will stay in, and help them learn to control the flow on their own. Buy a couple extra and parents drink out of them also as an example to your child. These are actual cups, and once the child is trained they're still usable for ages 1 to 100.

It works, he drinks without dribbling!
It works great! Our son is using it and learning to drink without waterboarding himself. But it's not spillproof, if it falls or get thrown. Unfortunately whatever you can find that is spill-proof will usually be a sippy cup. We are trying to avoid sippy cups and avoid the whole sucking action so this is a great option. The plastic is nice and the plastic insert is easy to put in. Overall a great invention!

Little to no mess clean up if a spill occurs!
Getting twins use to a real open cup can become an awfully messy situation in a matter of seconds. This really helped them to grasp the concept of an open cup but limited the mess making it well worth it. Used for about 2 weeks till we no longer needed them!

Very unnecessary.. lo learned how to drink open cup with out the easy flow before they even arrived.. and we’ll I have no use for them.. and it’s only two cups for 15-18 I forgot how much I paid.. I shouldn’t of bought… the size is cute.. I use with out the easy flow thing.
