My son and I Rock Climb, but the virus left us out of the gym for months. For the $22, this is worth it. No need for the more expensive ones. My wife had trouble with "Light" due to previous Carpl Tunnel. My son and I found it to be a paper weight. My 13 year old took the Medium, which was easy for me, but this only means he needs to work on his finger muscles. I took the Heavy, though honestly only my pinky had any real trouble with me. Now I know in the future I will need to invest in a 7lb to keep getting stronger.

These are great I broke my right ring finger a few years ago had surgery to fix it and ended up had problems with the tenden and it doesn't work right so now I get really bad hand pain in my pinkie hand and arm from it and I got these to help with the pain they work as intended and are very well made the only con with it is I have smaller hands I wear a large in mechanics gloves and they are alittle big for my hands but other than that they are perfect
